1. Commercial Rights
   The assets may be used in commercial and noncommercial projects without restriction on game content.
2. Attribution
   Attribution is not required for paid assets but is appreciated if voluntarily provided.
3. Modification and Redistribution
   You may edit or modify the tiles for use within your own games. However, you may not redistribute, resell, or upload either the original or modified assets independently — including but not limited to online repositories such as GitHub.
4. Prohibition on Sale
   The assets, in whole or in part, may not be sold or otherwise distributed as standalone products or as part of another asset package.
5. Permitted Use
   The paid tilesets provided by Nerupa Studios may be used solely in the creation of video games. Any use involving NFTs, blockchain technologies, or similar applications is strictly prohibited.

🎁Free Tiles and Other Assets License

1. Attribution Requirement
   Credit to “Nerupa Studios” is required when using these free assets in any game, commercial or noncommercial.
2. Modification and Redistribution
   You may edit or modify the assets and use those modifications within your game. Redistribution or publication of the original or edited assets outside a finished product is not permitted, including on public repositories or file-sharing platforms.
3. Prohibition on Sale
   The assets themselves, whether original or modified, may not be sold in any form.
4. Permitted Use
   Free assets from Nerupa Studios are provided for use in games only. Use in NFTs, blockchain-related projects, or similar applications is strictly forbidden.
